I'm Arjun Bhujel — a PSC aspirant with an MA in Economics. I write here to think out loud about the things I keep returning to: how economies actually work, the politics that shape them, and the technology quietly rearranging both.

What I write about

• Economics — the lived kind, not just the textbook kind. Monetary policy, public finance, the economics of development, and how abstractions land in real lives.
• Politics — institutions, power, and the slow craft of governance. I try to read charitably and disagree precisely.
• Technology — software I build, systems I admire, and the uneasy relationship between scale and humanity.
• Criticism — of ideas, books, films, and the occasional public argument that deserves a closer look.
• Book reviews — because reading without writing is reading halfway.

I write mostly in English, and occasionally in Nepali (नेपाली).

A little more

I live in Itahari. I'm preparing for the Public Service Commission while keeping a hand in writing and small software projects. I believe clarity is a moral discipline, that most arguments fail at the definition stage, and that a good sentence is worth more than a clever one.
